Relationship Manager - Retail Key Result Areas (KRAs) ? Sales & Target Achievement Volume targets: Meet monthly/quarterly login and disbursement numbers. Portfolio growth: Expand active home loan customer base. Cross-selling: Pitch insurance or allied financial products. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] ? Lead Generation & Sourcing Channel expansion: Source files via direct market and DSAs. Builder ties: Network with local real estate agents and builders. Field prospecting: Conduct site visits and ground marketing activities. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] ? File Processing & Quality Documentation: Collect complete financial and technical documents. Initial vetting: Perform preliminary CIBIL and eligibility checks. Underwriting coordination: Liaise with credit teams for speedy sanctions. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] ? Customer Service & Compliance Relationship management: Guide clients through the entire lending cycle. TAT adherence: Reduce turnaround time from login to disbursement. Policy compliance: Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements
