In-house Sales Executive – Jewellery

Position: In-house Sales Executive
Location: Madurai

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service at the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs.

• Explain product details, pricing, offers, wastage, making charges, and schemes.

• Show gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery collections to customers.

• Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and bookings.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Assist customers during billing, delivery, exchange, and other showroom processes.

• Maintain proper product handling and showroom discipline.

• Participate in showroom events, promotions, and special sales campaigns.

Requirements

• 12th / Any Degree / Diploma.

• Freshers can apply; jewellery or retail sales experience is an added advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience
