We are looking for a Real Estate Sales to join our team at Unicorn Realty. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Escorting Clients throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities/pricing etc. are appropriately briefed.
-Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
-Tactically answering all possible queries of clients.
-Responsible for generating sales with existing visited customers and developing opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory.
-Closely following up with the visited clients and trying to close the deal. - Generating 4 Sales (Average) per month.
-Constant follow-ups on prospective leads to move them toward closure.
-Write & maintain detailed remarks of each client visited.
-Making sure that client data privacy is maintained. - Report on sales activities to senior management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
