Core Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency: Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve performance.
Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, including performance management.
Budget & Financial Management: Managing operational budgets, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to improve profitability.
Process Improvement: Utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen).
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and mitigating operational risks.
Supply Chain/Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors and overseeing procurement or inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Analytical Skills: Strong background in data/analytics, KPI tracking, and proficiency in tools like Excel.
Leadership: Excellent team leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational issues and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
