Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location : Noida
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves providing accurate information about courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Provide detailed information about courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion
Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee payment
Organize and participate in admission events, seminars, and workshops
Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
Meet individual and team admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Education)
1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counselling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
