Business Development Executive – Supply Chain Finance (1–4 Years)

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive specializing in Supply Chain Finance within our fintech organization will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, and converting leads into successful sales. The role focuses on promoting and selling Working Capital Loans, Business Loans, and Purchase Discount Invoicing solutions. You will also support partnership initiatives and contribute to expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct cold calling, generate new leads, qualify prospects, and convert leads into successful sales closures.
● Product Promotion: Promote and sell Supply Chain Finance products including Working Capital Loans, Business Loans, and Purchase Discount Invoicing.
● Develop and Manage Strategic Alliances: Identify, initiate, and cultivate relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, technology companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
● Partnership Strategy: Work with senior management to execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
● Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Support negotiations and structure agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
● Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
● Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, partnership performance, and progress against targets using Excel and CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within fintech or financial services.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
● Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Loans, and Business Loan products preferred.
● Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
● Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills with deal-closing ability.
● Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and Excel for reporting and analysis.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
