Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Sales & Client Servicing Manager to handle online sales platforms, client communication, proposal creation, and business development for media production and localization services.

The candidate should have good communication skills, client handling experience, and the ability to convert leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle online sales platforms, bidding portals, and client queries.

• Generate business for Video Production, Corporate Films, Animation, Translation & Localization, Voice-over, Subtitling, and E-learning projects.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

• Coordinate with internal production teams for smooth project execution.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry meetings when required.

• Maintain project progress and sales reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in online sales, client servicing, or media sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to prepare financial proposals/quotations.

• Comfortable handling corporate clients.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

Preferred Industry Experience

Media Production, Advertising Agencies, E-learning, IT Services, Corporate Sales, Translation & Localization Industry.
