We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through research, outreach, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other marketing channels.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up on inbound leads promptly and nurture relationships until they are sales-ready.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
