Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails daily to generate new business.
Deliver compelling product/service pitches to potential customers.
Schedule demos, presentations, or meetings for the sales team.
Follow up consistently on warm leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
Build rapport with prospects and understand their pain points.
Provide accurate product information and address basic objections.
Maintain timely communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Update CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, and call notes.
Track sales metrics like call numbers, conversions, and revenue opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
Coordinate with field sales or account managers for seamless handover of qualified leads.
Contribute to team goals and participate in strategy discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high outbound call volumes.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
