Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings

• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline (freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM knowledge is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in sales or customer interaction (optional)

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
