Position: Inbound Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to manage enquiries,
qualify leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order
execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, emails, websites, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with technical/design teams.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for order execution.
• Generate sales MIS reports and track conversion metrics.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Diploma background preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B or industrial inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong enquiry-to-order conversion track record.
• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
