Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Shop Onboarding
Minutlook is hiring a Field Sales Executive to onboard local clothing and footwear shops onto our platform.
Responsibilities:
• Visit local shops and explain Minutlook’s services and seller benefits.
• Connect with shop owners, answer their questions and encourage them to join.
• Assist interested sellers with registration and collect required business details with their consent.
• Coordinate with the team for product listings and seller account setup.
• Follow up with interested shop owners and maintain good relationships.
• Maintain daily visit records and work towards onboarding targets.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and the local language.
• Comfortable visiting shops and meeting business owners.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow up regularly.
• Field sales or B2B sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
