JOB ROLE

Position : Academic Counsellor
Department : Admissions & Student Success
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Mode : Work From Office — Indore
Experience : 0 to 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication welcome)
Joining : Immediate
Salary : As per industry standards + performance incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
--------------------------------------------------

1. Counsel students and professionals interested in digital marketing courses
2. Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable course
3. Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities
4. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally
5. Follow up with prospective students consistently and ensure admissions conversion
6. Maintain accurate student records and update CRM on a daily basis
7. Coordinate with the academic team for batch updates and scheduling
8. Work closely with the marketing team to share lead quality feedback
9. Meet monthly enrollment targets and contribute to team goals
10. Provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience to every student

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------------------------------

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and active listening skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a structured follow-up approach
- Ability to understand student needs and build trust quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Positive attitude, patience, and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously without losing quality

ELIGIBILITY
--------------------------------------------------

- Any Graduate: BBA / BA / BCom / MBA or equivalent
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Candidates from education counselling, ed-tech, or sales backgrounds preferred
- Must be based in Indore or ready to relocate and join immediately
