Client Acquisition Executive

Mandot Securities Private Limited is looking for a Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing team at our Head Office in Indore. We are seeking passionate, ambitious, and career-oriented individuals who are serious about building a successful career in the stock broking and financial services industry.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting Demat & Trading account services, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This position offers a competitive salary, attractive performance incentives, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts.

• Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and field activities.

• Explain stock market products and investment services to prospective clients.

• Convert leads into active clients and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and client acquisition abilities.

• Customer-focused and target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
