Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves converting pre-qualified leads generated through our website and online platforms into enrolments for astrology courses or consultations. This is a consultative sales role requiring empathy, communication skills, and a passion for wellness or spirituality.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads from the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Explain Asttrolok’s courses and services clearly and confidently to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable offerings.
Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or tele-counseling (experience in edtech, health, or wellness is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Confident, patient, and persuasive personality.
Basic understanding or interest in astrology is a plus.
Ability to work with CRM tools and basic computer systems.
