We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM professional to manage documentation and client relationship functions for our high-rise luxury residential projects in New Town, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate documentation, customer interaction, and inter-department coordination, with fluency in both English and Bengali.
The CRM Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the complete documentation process for high-rise luxury residential projects, including preparation and verification of buyer agreements, allotment letters, and other onboarding documents in compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves close coordination with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely issuance of payment schedules, demand letters, and NOCs. The candidate will also oversee all handover-related documentation, including possession letters and maintenance agreements, to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Maintaining up-to-date client records and communication history in CRM tools is essential, along with handling all customer queries related to documentation professionally and efficiently, ensuring a premium experience for every client.
