Role Overview
As a Business Development Trainee at Bhanzu, you will play a key role in driving the
company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with
potential clients, and supporting the sales process. This is an entry-level position ideal for
fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
●Reach out to potential customers and explain Bhanzu’s offerings.
● Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.
● Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
● Build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
● Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams for process
improvement.
● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business
development efforts.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Graduate in any domain
Good communication skills (English &Hindi)
Confident,Energetic,Eager to learn& Proactive
Must have a laptop and wifi connection
Ability to work independently and in team
Self- motivated and Enthusiastic
