Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.
Identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.
Motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.
Report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.
Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.
