We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team One Day HR Solutions. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of Depend on Experience along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.

1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

8. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

9. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

• Candidate should pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from company services,Increase the company s involvement with existing client, Build referral and lead generation network

• 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Excellent Communication and negotiation skills,pro-active,self-starters
