We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing sales activities within a designated territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective field sales strategies.
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance, competitor activities, and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2C/B2B domains.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
