What you will do:
60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats
Confident of communicating with international clients.
Negotiation Skills, Planning and Time management skills are a must.
Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.
Requirements
Candidate should have 0-6 month experience from customer service or sales industry
Graduate from any stream (BCom, BBA, BMS- Marketing).
Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].
