Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generation Executive

DK Properties and Financial Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified property leads, engaging prospective buyers and investors, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate qualified leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing channels.

• Contact prospective clients interested in residential and commercial properties in India and Dubai.

• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable property options.

• Schedule site visits, virtual meetings, and property presentations for the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Update customer information and lead status in the CRM system.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

• Stay updated on current real estate market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor activities.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead generation are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in real estate sales or lead generation will be an added advantage.
