About the Role :
Accura Healthcare is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining fieldwork and office work, so candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel to meet clients, build relationships, and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Visit prospective and existing clients as part of regular field activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Understand client requirements, interpret underlying needs, and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records and submit regular activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
Strong observation and analytical skills with the ability to read between the lines and understand client expectations beyond what is explicitly stated.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in sales or business development will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
