Job Description:
· To handle walk-ins and telephonic enquiries at Branch.
· Convert Walkins Into Admissions
· Promotional activities for awareness of TOPS courses and ensuring successful completion of Enquiry to Admission.
· Scheduling the batches for various courses offered by TOPS.
· To co-ordinate with students and handling queries and ensuring Client satisfaction.
· To manage timely Branch’s Cash and cheque deposits
· Branch Co-ordination & Motivating Branch Staff for quarterly/ yearly targets Achievement.
· To manage all branch related reports and operations.
· Ensuring maintaining & tracking enquiry / business related reports.
