Wearelooking for an experienced and driven individual to lead our scholarship exam vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the entire exam lifecycle—from developing high-quality study material and test papers to executing SOPs, managing smooth exam conduct, and result declaration. Key

Responsibilities:  AcademicContent&Curriculum: o Leadthecreationof study material aligned with the syllabus. o Managesubjectexperts and contentcreators across grades and subjects. o Maintainquality, relevance, and accuracy of content.  AssessmentDesign: o Preparemocktests, sample papers, and final examination papers. o Definetheexamstructure, marking scheme, difficulty levels, etc.  ExamSOP&Execution: o Developandimplementend-to-end SOPsfor offline/online exam conduct. o Coordinatewith schools/test centers for exam execution. o Ensuresmooth,secure, and timely conduct of examinations.  ResultManagement: o Overseeresult processing, evaluation mechanisms, and result publication. o Ensuretransparency, accuracy, and timeliness.  TeamLeadership: o Buildandleadateamofacademicexperts, paper setters, and evaluators. o Collaboratewith tech and operations teams. Required Skills & Experience:  5+yearsofexperience in K-12 content development and exam coordination.  Provenexpertise in assessment design and academic operations. Strongleadership and project management skills.  Priorexperience in Olympiads, NTSE, KVPY, or EdTech assessment roles is a big plus.  Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Background:  ExperiencewithEdTech companies, test-prep firms, or national-level scholarship exams.
