Job Summary
The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves developing business strategies, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
Set sales goals and monitor individual and team performance.
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents.
Provide coaching and support to improve sales skills and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase property sales.
Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Resolve client concerns and support agents in negotiating and closing transactions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and business partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Valid real estate license (where required).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
