Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹95,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

Grade Tutor Consultant is hiring an experienced Academic Consultant (Mathematics) to support academic excellence across CBSE schools. The selected candidate will mentor teachers, conduct classroom observations, support curriculum implementation, and improve teaching-learning practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular school visits and classroom observations.

Mentor and train Mathematics teachers.

Support curriculum planning and implementation.

Monitor academic quality and student performance.

Assist schools in implementing CBSE competency-based education and NEP 2020.

Develop lesson plans and assessment strategies.

Conduct teacher training workshops.

Coordinate with school leadership on academic improvement initiatives.

Prepare academic reports and recommendations.

Eligibility

Master's Degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject.

B.Ed. (Mandatory)

M.Ed. (Preferred)

Minimum 6 years of experience in a CBSE school.

Experience as an Academic Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, HOD, Vice Principal, or similar academic leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, lesson planning, assessments, and teacher mentoring.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Travel Requirement

Willingness to travel extensively.
