We are hiring Relationship Managers for our Retail Banking business in Bengaluru. If you have experience in banking sales, customer relationship management, wealth management, or liability/CASA acquisition, we’d love to hear from you.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Preferred Banking, Affluent Banking, CASA Sales, Current Account Acquisition, Liability Sales, or Branch Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong customer relationships.

• Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and field activities.

• Understand customer financial and banking requirements.

• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.

• Cross-sell banking products such as:

• Mutual Funds

• Insurance

• Fixed Deposits

• Wealth Products

• Current Accounts

• Liability Products

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum Age:

• 32 years (Wealth Management profiles)

• 33 years (Current Account/CASA profiles)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.

• Proven sales target achievement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
