Core Responsibilities
Customer assistance: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, synthetics, etc.)
Product knowledge: Explain fabric quality, price, durability, and suitable uses (suits, sarees, uniforms, upholstery, etc.)
Sales handling: Promote products, upsell higher-value items, and close sales
Display management: Arrange fabrics neatly, maintain attractive displays, and restock shelves
Billing support: Assist with invoicing or operate billing systems if required
Inventory checking: Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Order handling: Manage bulk or custom orders for customers like tailors or boutiques
Customer relationships: Build repeat business through good service
