Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Team Member to join our Bakingo store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing store operations, handling orders, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Manage order processing, billing, and cash/POS transactions.
Ensure proper display and stocking of cakes, desserts, and other products.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store.
Coordinate with kitchen/delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Handle online, takeaway, and walk-in customer orders efficiently.
Ensure product availability and report stock shortages to the store manager.
Support daily store opening and closing activities.
Work towards delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving store targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Freshers can also apply.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, café, or customer service will be preferred.
Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills.
