We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and energetic Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Quick Service Restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, uphold brand standards, and maintain an exceptional level of customer service, hygiene, and team coordination.
1. Store Operations & Team Management
Oversee all daily store activities including food preparation, service, billing, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure operational efficiency and high morale.
Handle scheduling, attendance, and task allocation to ensure smooth shift operations.
Take ownership of the store, ensuring all operational standards and brand guidelines are consistently maintained.
2. Customer Service & Brand Representation
Ensure every guest receives excellent service and a positive dining experience.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Represent the brand positively with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
3. Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain top-tier hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen and service areas.
Oversee cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to health and safety protocols.
4. Food Preparation & Inventory Control
Assist in kitchen operations, including washing, chopping, cooking, and assembling food items when required.
Supervise storage, sorting, and use of food ingredients as per company guidelines.
Monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or wastage.
5. Cash & Billing Management
Manage cash counter operations, ensure accurate billing, and handle daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain accountability for all financial transactions and store assets.
6. Training & Development
Support onboarding and on-the-job training of new team members.
Foster a learning environment that encourages skill development and operational excellence.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the food & beverage or QSR industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tracking, etc.).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
A strong team player with patience and adaptability.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Eager to grow within the organization and take on higher responsibilities.
