HINCH Store Sales Executive Full-time | Hafeezpet, Hyderabad | On-site | Compensation: Based on experience About HINCH is a premium omni-channel interior materials platform based in Hyderabad, offering plywood, laminates, hardware, veneers, and decoratives through a physical experience center and a growing e-commerce portal. We're building the future of how India sources interior materials. Role Overview We are looking for a customer-focused Store Sales Executive to manage walk-in enquiries, guide customers through our interior material collections, and convert enquiries into sales. You will work closely with the store and operations teams to deliver an excellent buying experience from product selection to order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities • Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their project requirements, recommend suitable products, and close sales. • Product Demonstration: Explain the features, finishes, grades, applications, and pricing of plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, and decorative materials. • Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare accurate quotations, share product details and samples, follow up on enquiries, and maintain a clear record of leads and conversions. • Order Coordination: Confirm product specifications, quantities, availability, and delivery expectations; coordinate with billing, inventory, and dispatch teams. • Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers; support repeat business and referrals. • Showroom Presentation: Maintain attractive product displays, organised sample collections, updated price information, and a professional store environment. • Sales Reporting: Update daily enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and sales performance in the store's tracking system; work towards agreed sales targets. Requirements • Graduate or equivalent qualification; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may apply. • Prior experience in retail, showroom, or building/interior materials sales is preferred. • Confident communication in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English; ability to explain products clearly to customers. • Basic computer skills for quotations, WhatsApp communication, and sales records. • Customer-first attitude, strong follow-up discipline, and willingness to learn a broad product catalogue. Good to Have • Knowledge of plywood grades, laminates, veneers, architectural hardware, or interior finishes. • Experience working with architects, interior designers, contractors, or homeowners. • Familiarity with billing, inventory, or CRM software.
