About the Company

KS Bakers is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Staff to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, promoting bakery products and ensuring excellent customer service at our outlets.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with their product requirements.

• Explain bakery products, cakes, snacks and beverages to customers.

• Handle counter sales and billing operations.

• Maintain product display and ensure proper arrangement of items.

• Handle cash, UPI and card payments.

• Take cake orders and customer bookings.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sales counter.

• Check product availability and coordinate with the kitchen team.

• Achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic calculation and billing knowledge.

• Male & Female candidates are welcome.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Timings: Rotational Shifts & 9 Hours working Hours

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
