Job Description

Rajwada Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the complete inventory and store operations of our banquet facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, receiving and issuing materials, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that all banquet requirements are available on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.

• Receive, check, and maintain incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain proper records of all stock received, issued, and available.

• Issue materials to different departments as per authorized requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required items.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.

• Maintain proper documentation for purchases, issues, returns, and wastage.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items.

• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.

• Coordinate with the purchase, kitchen, housekeeping, operations, and management teams.

• Check the quality and quantity of materials received.

• Report shortages, damages, wastage, or discrepancies to management.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of banquet-related materials, consumables, equipment, and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the store.

• Keep track of stock required for upcoming events and banquets.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.

• Minimize unnecessary wastage and maintain proper inventory control.

• Ensure that materials are available according to event requirements.

• Maintain FIFO practices wherever applicable, especially for consumable items.

• Handle stock audits and assist management during internal inventory checks.

• Perform any other store-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management.

• Experience in a banquet, hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Honest, responsible, and disciplined approach to work.

• Ability to work for long hours and handle multiple requirements during busy events.

• Should be able to manage stock independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience managing stores in banquets, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, or event venues will be given preference.
