Store Manager & Operations Manager | Durga Dass Seth Jewellers
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Durga Dass Seth Jewellers to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and act as a vital link between ownership and our external partners.
The role requires a highly organised professional capable of managing staff, handling digital accounting tools, and ensuring seamless coordination across our supply chain. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (commensurate with experience) with long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the owners and all vendors, suppliers, and accountants to ensure smooth business flow.
Financial Oversight: Maintain basic accounts and digital records using the Vyapar App and MS Excel; coordinate regularly with the firm’s CA/Accountant.
Production Coordination: Manage timelines and communication with Karigars (artisans) to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Banking & Admin: Handle basic banking tasks and administrative paperwork as required.
Digital Presence: Coordinate with the social media team to ensure product showcases and customer engagement align with store inventory.
Customer & Sales Support: Oversee the sales floor, manage WhatsApp-based customer inquiries, and ensure excellent service standards.
Job Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using the Vyapar App, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business, Basic English and ChatGPT, Google Gemini (Basic)
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in retail management or operations, preferably within the jewellery or luxury sector.
Education: Minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree (Commerce background preferred).
Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience in managing vendor relationships.
