Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multi-Brand Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, achieve sales targets, handle customers, manage the Store and promote the store through social media and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, retail sales, customer handling, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the multi-brand retail store.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.

• Handle walk-in customers professionally and understand their requirements.

• Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, pricing, offers, and warranty.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.

• Monitor stock availability, product display, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Coordinate with distributors, brands, and company representatives.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Maintain proper billing, sales records, and daily reporting.

• Develop and execute local marketing activities to increase store footfall.

• Manage Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.

• Create and upload attractive product posts, offers, reels, stories, and promotional content.

• Respond to customer enquiries received through social media and WhatsApp.

• Track online leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

• Monitor competitors, market prices, customer preferences, and local market trends.
