Job Summary:
The Retail Store Manager – Mobile Phone & Accessories Sales will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage staff, ensure sales targets are met, and provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth in the Mobile Phone & Accessaries Sales segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability for the electronics section.
Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.
Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation.
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a retail store manager, preferably in electronics.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of electronics products and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
