Position: Store Manager

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 (Based on Experience & Interview)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏬 Store Operations

✅ Manage complete showroom operations.

✅ Ensure smooth opening & closing of the store.

✅ Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

📈 Sales & Business

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

✅ Increase wholesale & retail sales.

✅ Monitor team performance and business growth.

👥 Team Management

✅ Lead Sales Executives, Cashiers, and Floor Staff.

✅ Allocate daily targets and monitor attendance.

✅ Motivate and train the team.

📦 Inventory Management

✅ Manage stock inward & outward.

✅ Conduct stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.

✅ Coordinate with the warehouse team.

🤝 Customer Service

✅ Ensure excellent customer experience.

✅ Resolve customer complaints professionally.

✅ Build long-term customer relationships.

📊 Reporting

✅ Prepare Daily Sales & MIS Reports.

✅ Share performance updates with management.

⭐ Candidate Requirements

✔ Presentable personality with excellent communication skills.

✔ Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the Textile/Apparel/Fashion Industry.

✔ Strong knowledge of Wholesale & Retail Store Operations.

✔ Experience in Sales, Floor Management, Inventory Management, and Team Handling.

✔ Good knowledge of Billing, POS, MS Excel, and MIS Reporting.

✔ Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer handling skills.
