Job Title: Store Keeper / Inventory Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper (Female preferred) to manage inventory, store operations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of stock management, store entries, inventory records, and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily stock records and store entries

• Manage inward and outward movement of materials

• Maintain inventory records through software/Excel/manual registers

• Verify quantity and quality of received goods

• Issue materials as per requirements and maintain proper documentation

• Monitor stock levels and inform about shortages or requirements

• Maintain purchase invoices, delivery records, and stock reports

• Conduct regular stock checking and reconciliation

• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and other departments

• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the store area

Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of inventory management and store procedures

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage store activities independently

Qualification:
12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience:
0-2 years in store keeping, inventory, or related field preferred. Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
