Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Description :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Handle store staff attendance, duty roster, and work allocation.
Ensure proper display of products and maintain store cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Ensure billing, cash handling, and bank deposits are done correctly.
Follow company rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with head office regarding stock, staff, and store issues.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
