Inventory & Store Management
Maintain accurate records of inventory (inward/outward tracking)
Ensure proper storage and organization of solar materials (modules, inverters, cables, structure, etc.)
Prepare and dispatch materials to sites based on BOM and site requirements
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material availability
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages/mismatches
Logistics & Dispatch
Arrange vehicles / porter services for material delivery to sites
Oversee loading of materials (should be comfortable handling items)
Ensure timely dispatch aligned with project timelines
Solar Liaisoning (Field Work)
Visit DISCOM offices for net metering approvals and documentation when need
Coordinate with officials and follow up on application status
Handle basic paperwork and ensure smooth approval processes
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in storekeeping / logistics / field coordination
Comfortable with field visits and coordination with government offices
Basic understanding of inventory management (Excel skills mandatory)
Reliable, organized, and proactive
