Store Executive

Maintain proper records of inward and outward material movement in the store.

 Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely replenishment.

 Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.

 Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and other store-related documentation.

 Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety and operational standards.

 Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material receipt and dispatch activities.

 Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records and update stock status regularly.

 Identify and report damaged, excess, or obsolete inventory to management.

 Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for inventory handling wherever applicable.

 Maintain housekeeping and 5S practices within the store area.

 Support audit activities by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.

 Coordinate with the accounts department for material reconciliation and invoice verification.

 Monitor material consumption and help reduce wastage through effective inventory control.

 Prepare daily and monthly store reports for management review.
