Key Responsibilities:

·       Maintain proper records of inward and outward material movement in the store.

·       Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

·       Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely replenishment.

·       Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.

·       Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and other store-related documentation.

·       Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety and operational standards.

·       Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material receipt and dispatch activities.

·       Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records and update stock status regularly.

·       Identify and report damaged, excess, or obsolete inventory to management.

·       Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for inventory handling wherever applicable.

·       Maintain housekeeping and 5S practices within the store area.

·       Support audit activities by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.

·       Coordinate with the accounts department for material reconciliation and invoice verification.

·       Monitor material consumption and help reduce wastage through effective inventory control.

·       Prepare daily and monthly store reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Graduation in any stream with 1 to 3 years of experience in store operations or inventory management in a reputed organization.

·      Good communication and coordination skills

·      Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Work Details:

·       Work Location: Faridabad

·       Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

·       Employment Type: Full-time
