Store Assistant

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic stock audits.

Issue materials to departments as per authorized requests.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.

Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock replenishment.

Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and documentation.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.

Monitor and prevent inventory shortages, damages, or theft.

Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or inventory control (experience requirements may vary).
