We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our LG (Distribution) store. The role involves managing sales, customer service, inventory, and staff to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business goals. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
The position requires leadership in recruiting and training staff, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. The Store Manager will also handle stock management, reporting, and coordination with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply. Compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards is an essential part of the role.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or retail management, with at least five years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
