Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Coordinate with sales executives to ensure timely customer follow-ups
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales registers
Ensure proper display of products and showroom cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales coordination
Track daily sales, footfall, and prepare MIS reports
Coordinate with inventory/warehouse team for stock availability
Support promotional activities and showroom events
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
