Core Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Greet customers warmly, assess their preferences, and provide expert styling advice on cuts, colors, and pairing options for women's shirts. [1, 2]
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabric types (e.g., cotton, silk, chiffon), and garment care. [1, 2]
Sales & Targets: Strive to achieve individual and store-wide sales quotas by upselling or cross-selling matching apparel and accessories. [1, 2]
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor, changing rooms, and displays are neat, visually appealing, and well-stocked. [1, 2]
Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, track inventory levels, and notify the manager of fast-moving items. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Billing & Transactions: Process sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle cash/card payments, and manage returns or exchanges. [1, 2, 3, 4]
