Role Overview
Handle customers, support store operations, achieve sales targets, and guide team members while maintaining premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Sales
Provide a warm and premium shopping experience.
Explain silver craftsmanship, hallmarking, purity, gemstones, and jewellery collections.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery.
Build customer relationships through follow-ups and repeat engagement.
Handle polishing, repairs, exchanges, and customer concerns.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Support product launches, festive sales, and in-store events.
Track fast-moving products and customer buying trends.
Store Operations
Maintain showcases, counters, and customer areas.
Perform inventory and high-value stock checks.
Handle secure stock movement from storage to sales floor.
Support billing, POS, cash handling, and store opening/closing.
Coordinate stock replenishment, transfers, and availability.
Follow audits, stock control, SOPs, and company policies.
