Job Title: Furniture Salesman

Location: Faridabad, Haryana — New Samrat Electronics (Showroom)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers warmly, listen to their needs, and guide them through furniture options available in the showroom.

- Demonstrate product features — materials, build quality, measurements, finishes, comfort, and care instructions.

- Advise customers on suitable choices for their space and budget; suggest matching items and accessories to complete their selection.

- Use strong product knowledge to answer questions about durability, fabric/leather types, wood and metal finishes, mattress types, and assembly basics.

- Prepare and explain price quotes and available payment options to customers at the counter.

- Maintain attractive, organized displays; ensure showroom items are clean, staged, and presentable.

- Keep up-to-date with new arrivals and product details so you can confidently recommend options.

- Handle customer queries and concerns politely; escalate unresolved issues to the store manager.

- Achieve individual sales targets through attentive, consultative selling and follow-up with walk-in customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum education: 10+2 (higher secondary) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in furniture or retail sales preferred; confident freshers with strong communication and product interest may be considered.

- Excellent communication in Hindi; basic English useful. Local language (Haryanvi) is an advantage.

- Deep interest in furniture — ability to quickly learn about materials, construction, and styles.

- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused with persuasive selling skills.

- Neat, professional appearance and punctuality.

- Comfortable handling cash and explaining prices at the counter.
