Job Title: Sales Executive – Fancy Lights Retail Showroom
Job Description:
Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and budget.
Recommend suitable lighting products such as chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, ceiling lights, and decorative lights.
Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and installation details.
Assist customers in selecting the right products and close sales.
Prepare quotations and handle customer enquiries.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with the team for order processing and after-sales support.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented.
Maintain daily sales and customer enquiry records.
